TTA represents the best talent aged 16 to 90 from all over the UK, but also Internationally. TTA has rapidly grown into a success of its own with actors working across major feature films, television, theatre, musical theatre, vice-over, commercials and all other areas of the media. Each agent look after their own small client base of actors. This gives a stronger actor-agent relationship and helps us develop your clients. As an agency we specialise in Film, TV, Musical Theatre, Commercials, Theatre and also Voice Over. So as an agency we can represent you for all of these divisions or just the ones you want to focus on.
We are partnered with Los Angeles based agency: ERIS TALENT AGENCY, which gives our clients the opportunity to work in the states. But as well as that, we work with many LA Managers and Agencies too. The agency is owned by Warren Bacci and Andy Musgrove.

Warren is one of the directors of TTA and he established TTA back in 2008. As well as being the director, Warren also looks after a small pool of high profile clients. He also continues as Principal for Hertfordshire’s leading stage school: “Top Hat Stage & Screen School” with over 15 years teaching children in drama and dance. Warren is also seen regularly judging various talent shows both here in the UK and in the states. He trained in Scotland and has appeared as an actor is a variety of TV and films including: The Bill, Waking the Dead, Hotel Babylon and Silent Witness, as well as films and theatre. As casting director he has worked on a variety of projects such as short films, comedy series and music videos. In 2014 he also won "Business Person of the Year" at the Hertfordshire Business Awards. He has welcomed a great team of talented bookers and is very committed, passionate and hard working. Dedicating himself and his staff to his clients’ career and continued growth.
Warren’s favourite tipple is a Cosmopolitan. He is also Gluten Free.
Andy’s background is in IT and IT training. However in 2008 Andy came on board as Vice Principal for Hertfordshire based stage school: Top Hat Stage School. Here he directs many productions for the students, past productions include: “Rent”, “We Will Rock You”, “Clue”, “Little Shop of Horrors” & “To Kill a Mocking Bird”. Andy also makes many of the costumes for the stage school and now is head of Finance & HR for Top Hat Stage School, Top Talent Agency and TTA.
Andy's favorite tipple is an Old Fashioned.
Aiden has always had a passion for Musical Theatre, and for bringing out the best in people. After graduating from Emil Dale Academy with a BA Hons in Musical Theatre, he chose to pursue a career as an MT Agent so he can do just that. A lover of bad jokes and a good laugh (not to mention a cheeky cocktail at the weekend), Aiden works hard to ensure our clients achieve their goals and have a wonderful time doing it.
Aiden’s Favourite Tipple - Classic Margarita
Jude has always had a passion for the industry but worked in hospitality until she landed a job as kids agent 2 years ago at another agency. She has a passion for developing child actors and is thrilled to have joined the team at TTA.
Fave tipple: A spicy margarita
Stanley has worked with actors as far back as 2013 when he gained his BA (Hons) In Theatre and Performance. Immediately delving into work as a freelance theatre and screen director with a keen eye for casting, he has always advocated for creatives in his own productions and beyond. Having worked as a screen and theatre director he now brings this wealth of experience to his work as an agent to help build and sustain actors’ careers.
Outside of theatre and screen work he can mainly be found: eating Italian food, becoming far too competitive about most things OR contemplating having a nap.
Favourite tipple: red wine or an espresso martini, depends on the mood of the occasion…
Tilly is trained as a triple threat performer. After graduating NLDS in 2016 she put her business hat on and ran her own performing arts school and entertainments company. Here she shared her passion for the arts by teaching kids and adults across Herts and North London. After writing shows for her students, hosting events and creating engaging corporate gigs for many different companies she decided to return to her original love for acting. Tilly toured in two professional UK theatre shows amongst other gigs here and there. Tilly is looking forward to using her knowledge of the behind-the-scenes world of casting and talent scouting to getting her teeth into her new role as an Official TV and Film Agent.

Simrita trained as an actress at Fourth Monkey where she learned the fundamental techniques and skills as a performer. She went onto sign as an actress herself where she worked on various TV/Film projects. During her time as an actress, she went onto discovering her passion in casting and Talent management, where she gained a greater understanding for the industry and how it operates. She worked alongside Jo Harris at Des Hamilton to cast various projects and shortly after moved into Talent management. Overtime, Simrita has built great connections within the industry from all angles. Simrita is proud to be joining TTA in supporting artists to achieve success in their careers.

Maggie, Mikey and Murphy are still in training. Their enthusiasm and inquisitive nature has earned the respect of anyone that come into contact with them. They are hoping to start a new TTA Pet Division. They love long walks, play time and lots of belly rubs and cuddles!
Fletcher is a recent addition to the TTA Pets Division. A dedicated assistant, he is the first to greet you in the morning and regularly checks up on the team, expecting nothing more than a good scratch behind the ears and confirmation that he is, in fact, a good boy!
Ideal evening: a warm bed, his favourite teddy, and a tasty biscuit to finish the day.
